  • Leaving On A Jet Plane

To the warmth and whatnot of San Diego. Time to get my head in the proper space. Plus bikini-clad womenfolks and Guns N Roses tomorrow night. Up way too early, but I have free first class lounge passes that expire at the end of the year, so I'ma be aight.

I spent an afternoon in SD once (I wish the duty free in the airport opened today instead of Friday, because cheap smokes; oh well, I can always go to to TJ), when my parents and I were in Palm Springs for Christmas. We had a waiter named Jesus at the casino buffet on December 25th, a real Christmas miracle. I saw the ocean for the first time, for about 5 minutes.

It's my mom's birthday. Yesterday was my best friend's. Be sure and buy them something nice. My ex and my mom are still FB Friends, so I'm kinda on the fence about my mom. Although, to be fair, the ex and I are also still FB Friends. Not sure why, she no longer seems to require that kidney I'm too much of a fairweather FB Friend to ever give.

Please note: my fingers are kinda big, I type fast-like, and I rarely proof read. All errors can be blamed on my almost constant lack of sleep. Which, apparently, is more dangerous than drunk driving. So there's that. Although now I have an editor, so that may change. We'll see. Many non-PC thoughts will be had of her the next couple of days.

I also rarely read other peoples' posts, and the one time I read my Twitter feed, I nearly got the consumption. As always, hate mail hereabouts is encouraged and often replied to around wheneverish. That's my dealio.

So, no, the coffee wasn't the most important part. It is, however, discreet to discuss. The other parts were more than kinda all right, too. Better things, events and activities to come.

All right, gots to get mobile, so enjoy Cyber Monday, y'all. Buy me something shiny.
